Ingredients:
1.
Poha/ unflattened rice/ atukulu – 1 cup

Onions – medium size (1)
3.
Green chillies – 3
4.
Curry leaves
5.
Mustard Seeds
6.
Cumin Seeds
7.
Turmeric powder
8.
Salt
9.
Lemon
10.
Peanuts/ chana dal (optional)

Method:
1.
Take 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet. Heat it.
2.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves
(peanuts optional)
3.
Once the mustard seeds splutter add the cut
onions and green chillies.
4.
Saute for 1 min on medium flame
5.
Add a pinch of turmeric powder and half a spoon
salt.
6.
Mix well and add the poha/atukulu.
7.
Stir for 1 min on medium flame.
8.
Allow to cool down for a bit and squeeze some
lemon juice on top for that tangy flavor
9.
Serve hot
