My go to recipe when I am lazy or tired to make curry.
Ingredients:
1. Rice - 1 cup
2. Vegetables (carrots , beans, broccoli , potato, onions)
3. Green chillies - 4
4. Salt
5. Ghee
6. Chopped cilantro
7. Garam masala
Method:
1. Wash the rice and put the same in a pressure cooker with 2 cups of water.
2. In a wok, add a little ghee and once it's heated add cut vegetables and allow to sauté for 5-8 mins on medium heat.
3. Add these vegetables to rice in pressure cooker.
4. Add salt and Garam masala according to taste .
5 . Add chopped cilantro. Mix well
6. Place the lid on the pressure cooker and allow to cook until 3 whistles
Serve with / without raita and enjoy :)
