Sooji Toast

Okay I found this recipe here a long time ago. So decided to try it today. Same ingredients, except that I forgot to add the yogurt but it still came good.


 1. Sooji/ Rava - 3-4 Table spoons

 2. Onion 3. Tomatoes

 4. Coriander

 5. Salt

6. Bread


1. Cut onions , tomatoes and coriander leaves into small pieces.

2. Add them to the sooji and mix well. Add salt to this mixture for taste.

3. Now cut your bread slices into nice triangles.

4. Smear the mixture on the bread slice, like you would do with jam.

5. Take a spoon of oil in a pan and place the bread slice with the sooji side in the oil.

6. Fry till the mixture is well cooked.

7. Now turn the other way and toast it a bit.

Server with some ketchup or mint chutney, I prefer the mint :)
